DiMA

Board of Directors

DiMA members drive policy from the bottom up, but if and when tough decisions must be made about resource allocation, policy options, potential conflicts, and critical implementing strategies, the Board of Directors makes final policy decisions and charges DiMA's staff with implementing those decisions. DiMA's Board is currently comprised of five companies:

  • Robert Windom - Associate General Counsel, Apple
  • Sarah Hudgins - Manager, Public Policy at Amazon
  • Adam Parness - Head of Publisher Licensing and Relations at Pandora
  • Matt Astle - Assistant General Counsel, Rhapsody
  • Katie Oyama - Sr. Policy Counsel at Google
