DiMA Welcomes New Copyright Royalty Board Judge

(Washington, DC) – Lee Knife, Executive Director of the Digital Media Association, issued the following statement today, welcoming King County Superior Court Judge Suzanne Barnett as the newly-appointed Copyright Royalty Board Chief Judge:

“DiMA, on behalf of our digital music service members, welcomes the appointment of Suzanne Barnett as Copyright Royalty Board’s new Chief Judge.  We look forward to working with Chief Judge Barnett and the other CRB judges on the many issues of concern to our members, and we are hopeful that Judge Barnett’s appointment will help facilitate speedy adoption of the recent 115 settlement by the Copyright Royalty Board.”
