A modernized Copyright Act would promote digital media innovation. DiMA promotes legislation to modernize the scope and application of music copyrights in order to create a business environment where digital services can deliver exciting offerings to consumers and compete against pirate networks. Our goals:
- Modernize the sound recording performance right
- Modernize the composition/musical work reproduction right
