Jonathan Potter Testifies before the House IP Subcommittee
DiMA Executive Director, Jonathan Potter testified before the House Subcommittee on Internet and Intellectual Property. Potter discussed the need to reform Section 115 of the Copyright Act and the licensing of digital content.

Jonathan Potter Testifies and Urges Congress to Modernize Section 115 of the Copyright Act: Reform Needed to Help Fight Piracy
In his speech, Jon urges Congress to update Section 115 in order to expand the databases of songs available on online music stores and websites, "Section 115 of the Copyright Act - which should be a building block of online services' growth - instead remains the most significant roadblock impeding our industry's progress."
